Terms & Conditions of Use — i3malaysia

1.Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "you") and i3malaysia ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing all access to and use of services available through https://i3malaysia.cam and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the Platform, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy.

If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and close your account by contacting our support team.

2.Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

3.Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account with i3malaysia, you must satisfy each of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. i3malaysia strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and will close any account found to belong to a person under 21, forfeiting all funds unless required otherwise by applicable law.
2. You are registering in your own name and on your own behalf. Registration in a fictitious name, or on behalf of any third party, is prohibited.
3. You do not currently hold another active Account with i3malaysia. Only one registered Account per individual, household, device, IP address, and payment method is permitted.
4. You are not an employee, contractor, consultant, director, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of i3malaysia or any associated entity.
5. You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by statute and where your participation would expose i3malaysia or yourself to criminal liability.
6. You are not subject to any self-exclusion arrangement, whether requested through this Platform or through any other responsible gambling framework you have enrolled in.

4.Account Registration

4.1 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and at any point where account details are updated. i3malaysia will use the information provided to process payments, verify identity, and maintain account security. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any two-factor authentication codes with any third party. i3malaysia will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where adequate security measures were not maintained by the Member.

4.3 Inactive Accounts

An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months shall be considered dormant. i3malaysia may apply a monthly administrative fee of RM10 to dormant accounts. Members will be notified by the contact details held on file before fees are applied. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after the dormancy period without further notice.

5.Identity Verification (KYC)

i3malaysia is committed to responsible account management and the prevention of underage gambling, money laundering, and fraudulent activity. Accordingly, the Platform reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or if unusual account activity is detected.

1. Acceptable primary identity documents include a valid Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad), Malaysian passport, or equivalent government-issued document.
2. Proof of payment method may be required, including a bank statement, e-wallet account screenshot, or card image, consistent with the payment instruments associated with your Account.
3. Proof of address may be required in the form of a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official document issued within the last three months, showing your name and residential address within Malaysia.
4. Verification is typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. Withdrawals will be held pending successful verification.
5. Failure to provide requested documentation within fourteen (14) calendar days of request may result in account restriction or closure at i3malaysia's discretion.

6.Deposits & Payments

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

i3malaysia accepts deposits in MYR via the following methods, subject to availability: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank bank transfer, CIMB bank transfer, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Visa and Mastercard credit or debit cards, and selected cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether USDT, BNB).

6.2 Minimum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for standard bank and e-wallet methods. Cryptocurrency minimum deposits are set at the equivalent of RM30 to RM50 depending on the network and exchange rate at the time of transaction. Minimum amounts are subject to change without advance notice.

6.3 Deposit Ownership

All deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. i3malaysia reserves the right to reverse deposits originating from third-party payment sources and to suspend the associated Member Account pending investigation.

6.4 Processing Times

Deposits via DuitNow, FPX, and e-wallets are generally credited instantly. Bank transfers may take one to three business hours during banking hours. Cryptocurrency deposits require network confirmation and may take between five and thirty minutes depending on network congestion.

7.Withdrawals

7.1 Eligibility to Withdraw

Only real-money balances that have met all applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal. Bonus Funds themselves are never directly withdrawable. Winnings derived from Bonus Funds are withdrawable only after the stated Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied and any applicable maximum cash-out limit has been applied.

7.2 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method and account used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. This is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement. Requests to withdraw to a different method will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may require additional KYC documentation.

7.3 Processing Times

Verified accounts can expect withdrawal processing within fifteen (15) minutes for e-wallet and DuitNow withdrawals during normal operational hours. Bank transfers may require one to two business days. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are typically processed within two hours, subject to network conditions.

7.4 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Maximum single withdrawal and daily withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the account portal. VIP Members may be eligible for enhanced withdrawal limits as detailed in the VIP Programme terms.

8.Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses and promotional offers available through i3malaysia are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion as well as the following general conditions:

1. Wagering Requirement: The stated rollover multiplier (e.g., X10, X15, or X20) must be met before bonus-derived funds are eligible for withdrawal. The rollover is calculated on the bonus amount unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
2. Maximum Bet During Bonus: While Bonus Funds are active, a maximum single bet limit applies. This limit is stated per promotion and is typically between RM50 and RM250. Bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active may be voided.
3. Game Contribution Rates: Not all game categories contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute at 100% of the bet amount. Live casino table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) may contribute at 10% to 20%. Certain game types may contribute 0%. Specific contribution rates are stated within each promotion.
4. Bonus Expiry: Bonuses and their associated wagering requirements must be completed within the stated period, typically seven (7), fourteen (14), or thirty (30) days from the date of credit. Expired bonuses and any associated uncleared winnings are forfeited automatically.
5. Maximum Cash-Out: Certain bonuses carry a maximum withdrawable amount from bonus-derived winnings. Any winnings exceeding the stated cap are not eligible for withdrawal and will be removed when the bonus is settled.
6. One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on an Account at any given time. Opting into a new bonus while another is pending will void the existing bonus at i3malaysia's discretion.

9.Sports Betting Rules

9.1 Market Settlement

Sports betting markets are settled based on the official result of the relevant event as reported by the designated governing body or our data providers. i3malaysia reserves the right to use independent verification sources where official results are delayed or disputed.

9.2 Abandoned and Void Events

If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed beyond forty-eight (48) hours, or cancelled, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned unless otherwise stated in the specific market rules. For Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, and UEFA competitions, void market rules are aligned with standard industry practice.

9.3 Obvious Errors

i3malaysia reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly published in error, significantly misrepresenting the actual market, due to a technical malfunction, data feed error, or human input mistake. Where a bet has been settled at erroneous odds, the outcome will be reprocessed using the correct odds, and balances adjusted accordingly.

9.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum bet amounts vary by sport, market type, and Member account tier. Current stake limits are displayed at the point of bet placement. i3malaysia reserves the right to impose individual account stake restrictions where betting patterns suggest coordinated or systematic exploitation of pricing.

10.Live Casino Rules

The following conditions apply to all live dealer and RNG casino games available through the Platform:

1. Game outcomes are determined by certified random-number generation processes or by live dealer mechanics conducted under controlled studio conditions.
2. In the event of a disconnection during a live game session, the Platform will attempt to record and honour the position of the game at the point of disconnection. Where the outcome cannot be determined reliably, the round may be declared void and stakes returned.
3. Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by table and game type. These limits are displayed within each game interface before play commences.
4. i3malaysia is not responsible for network, device, or browser issues on the Member's side that affect the quality or continuity of a gaming session.

11.Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of balances pending investigation:

1. Registering more than one Account or assisting another person to circumvent the single-account requirement.
2. Using automated scripts, bots, or software to place bets, exploit promotions, or gain an unfair advantage.
3. Systematic bonus abuse, including placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk.
4. Collusion with other Members to influence game outcomes or artificially generate qualifying activity.
5. Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the Platform for money laundering or financial crime purposes.
6. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or at any other stage.
7. Engaging in charge-back requests on deposits already wagered, which constitutes fraudulent misrepresentation.
8. Any activity that, in i3malaysia's reasonable assessment, constitutes abuse of the Platform, its operators, staff, or other Members.

12.Account Suspension & Closure

i3malaysia reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, receipt of a regulatory instruction, account security concern, or where continued operation poses risk to other Members.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining may be withheld pending investigation. Where no breach is established, the verified real-money balance will be returned via the Member's registered payment method within a reasonable period.

Members may voluntarily close their Account by contacting customer support. Pending wagers at the time of closure will stand until settlement.

13.Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, software, images, text, and other materials available on the i3malaysia Platform are the intellectual property of i3malaysia or its licensors. Unauthorised reproduction, redistribution, scraping, or commercial use of any Platform content without prior written permission is prohibited.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes only.

14.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, i3malaysia shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, data loss, service interruption, or errors in odds or game outcomes attributable to third-party data providers.

i3malaysia's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

15.Responsible Gambling

i3malaysia is firmly committed to responsible gambling. The Platform offers tools to help Members maintain control over their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. Requests for these tools can be made at any time through our customer support team.

17.Amendments to These Terms

i3malaysia reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Members via the email address held on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice where practicable.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease use of the Platform and contact support to arrange account closure.

18.Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which i3malaysia operates under its international licence. Any disputes arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved informally between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration.
